E&R Aluminum was hands-down the BEST sub we hired to build our home. Not only did Norm do his work well, but he also paid special attention to how he could use his materials to enhance the work of other subs resulting in greater visual appeal. Norm was easily accessible by phone, and he always gave us the attention we desired. He showed up to work when he said he would and worked long, hard days to complete the job in a timely fashion. He was very friendly and clearly explained our options. We were thrilled to see the finished product of vinyl siding, aluminum gutters, and other accessories he added to out home. About a year after we moved in, we received a call from Norm saying that he'd like to come back to our house to redo a portion of the work he'd already completed. The reason was that he had received new information regarding the installation of one the products he had used on our house, and he wanted to come back, free of charge, to bring up to standard said product.
